Samarkand International College was established on September 5, 2024, through a Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Born from a joint effort between the Ministry of Higher Education of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Education of China, the college represents a shared commitment to advancing educational cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. Built upon the foundation of the Samarkand Vocational and Technical College, it integrates top-tier academic resources from both countries to deliver high-quality, globally relevant education.
